'Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood'

Marie Curie

Going to see a counsellor can feel like a big step.

For a lot of men in particular, asking for help doesn’t necessarily come naturally.

You may be used to dealing with things yourself or hoping that whatever is bothering you will eventually pass.

How I will work with you

You don’t have to be in crisis to come to therapy. You might be struggling with stress, anxiety, relationships, work, confidence, anger, loss or simply feeling that something isn’t right and wanting to understand why.

My approach is straightforward, confidential and non-judgemental. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about. We can start with what is going on in your life now and work from there.

I will give you the time and space to talk openly about things that may be difficult to discuss elsewhere. Together we can begin to make sense of what is happening, recognise patterns and look at what might help you move forward.

Fees

You can book a free 15-minute consultation to briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and see if we are a good fit. My aim is to make the first step as straightforward and supportive as possible.

Cancellations require 7 days notice otherwise, the full session fee applies.

£55 for each 50 minute session
